Pigs in a Blanket by BBQ Addicts.

This also happened last weekend.

In last weekend's super massive busy Saturday, we managed also to slot in Eyeriz's BBQ Addicts Party in the hectic schedule - mind you, this schedule involves being at Kota Damansara from 12noon til 3pm, to Genting and back between 3pm and 6pm, n then back to Genting again from 8+. This was what happened between 6pm and 8pm.

This were the perhaps not-so-exciting stuffs that were in store.

Hehehe okay lah, not exactly not-so-exciting - instead its the non-grill items, as well as chicken wings!!!!! Eyeriz says that chicken wings here is merely a side dish, a secondary item - I call it a Chelsea (2nd to Man United mar)... Clockwise from top - the salad, the watermelon salad, the chicken wings and then the pasta.

What is BBQ Addicts, you say? BBQ Addicts is a group of people who LOVE bbqs. They provide bbq-ready-stuff delivered to your doorstep, which can be also cooked in your kitchen, and the prices are lower than the raw food found in supermarkets. And it's fresher too!

As quoted from the Facebook page - "...At OUR BBQs, we grill STEAKS, LAMB CHOPS, PORK RIBS, LAMB RACKS, MUSHROOMS WITH CHEESE, PIGS IN A BLANKET, PORK and LAMB SAUSAGES, PRAWNS, well, you get the picture...."

This was just one small portion of the food available that night.

Once again - these were merely the side dishes...

The awesomemost raw meats - all marinated to perfection and vacuum packed.

Like what was mentioned above - its fresher too! I fully agree! I think there was like 40-50 kgs of meat here - to be shared amongst 40 people. OMFG! Super awesomesauce!!!

The awesomesauce French cut lamb rack - the one that we missed.

We promise to return again to try this out!!! Due to the hectic schedules, we had to give this a miss - of which we were regretting about hearing about how awesomemost it is from Kim and Horny and the rest of the gang!

Whats the secret here? Its essentially some fresh pork sausages, topped up with mustard and some wasabi, and then wrapped with some streaky back bacon- and importantly, grilled to perfection...

Oh... dont forget, the drinks!

One thing to remember about Eyeriz's parties is this - there will always be booze. There were like 20 different bottles on the table or something - more than half of which are alcohol/spirit based. Name any particular spirit - and you know its on the table! There were plenty of Heineken and Tiger beer too in the cooler.

Anyways, I'm looking forward to the next BBQ party... count me in!
