So... the prestigious Four Seasons Place Kuala Lumpur was launched last night by the PM. Apparently, the total costs and Gross Development Value of the project has already gone up quite a bit - however, this is in line with the increase of the KLCC property prices as well. Developed by Venus Assets Sdn Bhd (a company owned by Tan Sri Syed Yusof, the Selangor Sultan as well as Dato Ong Beng Seng and Dato David Ban) - Four Seasons Place Kuala Lumpur is expected to be a 65 storey tower, sitting on top of potentially Malaysia's most prestigious retail mall, and comprises 242 units of Four Seasons Residences. The Four Seasons Hotel will have 231 rooms, and will house a rooftop swimming pool.

Exciting isnt it? With the prices around KLCC still on the uptrend, I believe this project would eventually hit the markets at about RM3,000psf, or potentially slightly higher.
