Recently, together with a few of my colleagues, we made a little trip to Brunei Darussalam. Brunei is actually a very small country, situated within the borders of Sarawak, East Malaysia. Brunei is in fact, a country with some very diversified cultures. However, being an Islamic country, there are practically no form of night life or any alcohol sold around in the shops or hotel. During our night there, we were scouting very hard and googled non-stop - hoping to find a little watering hole. However, none were found. The closest - would have to be in Sarawak - just about 2 hrs away by car.

Hence I ended up just taking photos. Photos of some Brunei architecture. Here it goes.

A very busy market in Bandar Seri Begawan,

One of the larger mosques on the way to Bandar.

Amongst the busier areas in Brunei.

A small shopping centre - called Q-Lap Mall. I reckon its same size as our Tropicana City Mall.

The hotel that we stayed in - Orchid Garden Hotel.

Some random building near the highway.

We don't have much entertainment here in Brunei. My friend told me, our only entertainment in Brunei is 'FOOD'!
