Valentine's Day @ Stratosphere at The Roof.

Well, you know what - Valentine's Day is coming... yes, it is next week... have you thought of what you want to do for your special loved one yet? In their very special Valentine's Day menu - they have packed together some really romantic, luxurious - and some even say, sexy combination altogether. Start off with the Hand Picked wild mushroom soup, with some fresh shaven black truffle - just to warm you up, and enjoy some Veuve Clicquot champagne to go with it. Or you can go for the Terrazas Chardonnay. Pretty good stuffs too.

Next up - have a cold starter in the form of a Seafood Platter - featuring an oyster, prawns, mussels... oooo.... bring me the Tabasco sauce already! Aint that just so mouth watering already? If you are looking for some fresh catch - this would be it! Next up is the Main Course..... you can choose from the Pan Seared Wild Black Cod... or you can be like me - and choose the Foie Gras Stuffed Grilled Chicken Breast... a very generous serving of grilled chicken, with a foie gras filling inside, on top of some mushy mash potato. 

I bet your date would be very impressed by now... and perhaps, she's probably getting impatient to see what's next... 

Then comes the sweet stuffs - the Romeo & Juliet Trio of Dessert. 

That is what I call having a good start to the night - and perhaps, you'll be ending the night with a BANG! Or maybe banging..... who knows?
